Paul Morgan Lighting Design, Inc. offers an array of services from simple consultations to complete design development, construction coordination, site inspections, final focus and adjustment. Some of these services are:

Consultation: Advice and design direction on conceptual lighting effects, controls and systems to augment any project's individual requirements.

Design Development and Construction Documents: Based upon meetings with the design team, sketches and schematic drawings are developed into detailed AutoCAD plans and reflected ceiling plans showing design intent and fixture locations. Mock-ups can be provided to simulate effects for approval prior to specification. Details are provided where light fixtures are integral to the architecture, for custom fixture designs and themed environments.

Specifications: After review of cut sheets and samples, a detailed lighting fixture schedule including manufacturers part numbers for both fixtures and lamps is generated. This provides a comprehensive "shopping list" for budgets, bidding and supplier comparison. Fixture Selection: Our library contains over 350 manufacturer's catalogs and specifications covering every design style and period. Select from these or design a custom fixture to exactly suit your needs and budget.

Photometric Reports: State of the art, illuminance performance and point by point calculations or three-dimensional rendering of the proposed space.

Control System Documentation and Initial Programming: Control system parameters are developed and defined. These system requirements are weighed against possible manufacturers and suppliers. A load schedule is generated containing all of the pertinent information required by a control system provider, such as each circuit's load type and wattage. After control system selection, initial programming can be provided including any custom strings or scene requirements, or we use our experience to advise and work with a system programmer.

Review and Redline On Existing Lighting Plans: A thorough evaluation of lighting fixtures and /or lighting systems specified by others to determine performance capabilities, aesthetic appeal and provide possible alternatives in both layout and fixture selection.
